Ok, so I know that I’m ripping off both of these guys blogs, but I don’t care. We prayed on Thursday that we could experience healthy growth in our small group, therefore I guess a little shameless self promotion never hurt anyone.
The three of us: Me, Jody, Jared (from left to right in the picture)…My small group…meet once a week in the law library / conference room of my office to study scripture written by Paul and to hold each other accountable as Christian men.

I love these guys. It’s great fun and it’s worthy. BUT. It needs to expand. As a group, WE need to be challenged. We need fresh perspective. We need to get out of our comfort zones. That’s why I’m asking YOU to join us.
Here’s the criteria for joining our innermost, secretive, tiney-tiny little, small clique <hope you are catching the sarcasm>:
- Be a man. (literally)
- Love God.
- Desire Accountability.
- Be able to get up early.
Do it. Every Thursday morning at 6:15 am. You’re welcome to join us. Heck, even if you want to just come by one or two times and check things out. Feel free to contact me for directions.
Here’s the added incintive: WE NEED A NAME.
Winner gets a hundred pennys.
I'm Jad. I'm married to a beautiful wife, live in the beautiful city of Nashville and have a beautiful life. First and foremost, I'm a Christian. Secondarily, I'm an attorney, a musician, and a big 'ol kid.

Rule #5 Your name must start with a “J”.
I don’t know about a name…but your slogan can be “Striving to me more like Jesus, one letter at a time.”
I suppose The Misfits isn’t quite what you were going for, eh?
I love that, David. We’ve got the “J” now we need the rest of his name.

Sorry, the last “S” needs to be salvation.
