Stats only this week guys.  No picture either.  I’m admittedly only posting for accountability.

Here’s the numbers:

5/27/08:  201 lbs.
6/02/08:  199 lbs.
6/09/08:  197.5 lbs.
6/16/08:  196.5 lbs.
6/23/08:  198.5 lbs.
6/30/08:  196.5 lbs.
7/07/08:  195.5 lbs.
7/14/08:   199 lbs. 
7/21/08:  197 lbs.
Goal = 185 lbs.

Down two pounds from last week. 

Found out swimming isn’t that great of an exercise to lose weight.

Thinking about doing a triathalon.  Then decided to eat ice cream instead.

Please make me eat better.  I know ya’ll can do it.

A good colon cleansing may help on a few pounds…not that I would know or ever try. I receive a tremendous amount of spam about it so it must be good, right?

Dude the Triathalon.. That was classic. I want to run a half marathon in the fall. Ugh.. but then the cupcakes start screaming my name…
