This week’s weigh-in:

Here’s the numbers:
5/27/08: 201 lbs. 6/02/08: 199 lbs. 6/09/08: 197.5 lbs. 6/16/08: 196.5 lbs. 6/23/08: 198.5 lbs. 6/30/08: 196.5 lbs.Goal = 185 lbs.
So, I’ve officially lost 4.5 pounds in a month. Not too shabby. I know I can lose more. I just know it. But honestly, I’m very happy where I’m at.
I’m almost more concerned about doing BETTER at the activities that I’m doing to get fit. Hope that makes sense. For instance right now I’m swimming anywhere from 15-20 laps at the Y. I’d like to get to 22-25. I’m biking a mere 4-6 miles (which isn’t much in bike talk). I’d like to get to consistent 10 milers and beyond. No particular reason for this, I’m just a sucker for competition (even against myself).
So I’ll weigh in again next Monday. After the 4th of July weekend, that could be a little scary.

You can do it. You can do it! And since the biggest trial of your career is coming up, I betcha there won’t be much food involved, just pure adrendaline and caffiene.
You know what sucks, you will weigh less than me before long. I definetly have to get to the gym!!
Good for you! I’m curious how I’ll do in the next 3 weeks – I’ll be traveling but most of my meals will be controlled. Just have to be careful with snacking and getting lots of water.
