Here’s the ugly truth:

Here’s the numbers:
5/27/08: 201 lbs. 6/02/08: 199 lbs. 6/09/08: 197.5 lbs. 6/16/08: 196.5 lbs. 6/23/08: 198.5 lbs. Goal = 185 lbs.I stink at weight loss. I gained two pounds this week.
I will rally and come up strong in July. I just fixed up my bike and I’m ready to roll baby!
Must eat better, period.

By the way, have you tried this diet?
Today is a new day. Sometimes I have to remind myself that even if I’ve made several poor food choices in the day, it doesn’t mean that blowing the rest of the day is going to make things any better. I’m finding it harder to focus and make good choices this week, too.
