Overstacked Actor Update – Wk. 3 June 17, 2008

So here’s the skinny (bad term) after today’s weigh-in:

 

Here’s the numbers:

 5/27/08:  201 lbs.
6/02/08:  199 lbs.
6/09/08:  197.5 lbs.
6/16/08:  196.5 lbs.
Goal = 185 lbs. 

Once again, not huge improvement.  I’ll be honest, my eating was terrible this week (especially during the weekend) and by Sunday I had backslid terribly.  Fortunately at weigh-in I was back down to the losing category. 

I have to say that I’m not really dissapointed.  I feel great and I know that I’m getting stronger.  My laps are increasing at the pool and I’m really enjoying my morning workout.  I still need to incorporate some more activities during the week like jogging, tennis or basketball.  It looks like I’ll be headed for a bike ride on Saturday morning with some of these guys whose names all start with J.

In sum…not stellar, only one pound, yet still progress.  Maybe next week I’ll give myself a target date for the weight loss final goal.

But still, one pound no longer on your body, right? Hang in there – like you said, you’re feeling better and some days that can carry you through.
